Good morning, I wanted to ask you a question about products and related products. I know envision is not specifically focused on products so it lacks many features like up sells, etc. My question is related to recommended products. I'm selling courses and my main course, let's call it, main course. When a user starts to fill out the registration form to buy this product, I would like to offer him the possibility to add one or more courses to the cart. What would be the best approach to do thiis? Can the product's sign-up form be modified to add a block where I can display a grid with a couple of products I want? Hello, The closest module is now an important module in Invision community. However Zapier does not have any webhooks to connect with the courses module. Hi, Our forums are flagging in the 'prepare for IPS 5' page in the admin control panel that the Question & Answer is depreciated, but isn't providing any upgrade path, in documentation or in the messaging. I can see that it's replaced by 'Solutions', but can't easily see how to swap a Question forum mode to Solutions forum mode. Will the upgrade do that for us? If so, shouldn't that be flagged in the depreciation warning, and in the 'learn more' documentation? Might it also be worth linking to documentation for each individual depreciation item instead of a feedback forum, that mostly appears to be full of feedback for v5, not feedback or assistance on migrating IPS …

I found a very little HTML template bug in Activity block: It's showing the pointed div.ipsStreamItem__summary after div.ipsStreamItem__header when it should be the last div inside div.ipsStreamItem__header. That's why it's seems broken in the screenshot. Länk till full forum post

Maybe this can be all done in custom blocks... But creating an image feed with the wall paper setting is great, Id like to be able to make them a bit smaller so maybe just the ability to go smaller in width then the min of 250px. Also in the options we should be able to control the text, would be nice to have check boxes for Title, Poster and date and even set font size for each maybe. This could be useful on other type as well im thinking. Looks like if feed from Article is set to wallpaper we get the info by default. I haven't dug in to to much on what we can and cant do but on our test server 1 of the mods pointed out the Forum View on Mobile is not as compact as V4 and V4 is a bit larger in Font Size. This could be partially the Site notification for being offline was up top creating an even smaller view 🤷 but, Possibly an idea would be to have different settings in Theme Manager that would be for mobile. Allowing for a more compact view setting? Id have to look and compare to see if I would suggest more mobile view settings so maybe it's not really worth the effort. Our community is, to a large extent, a programming forum. I have not upgraded to version 5 yet but I just noticed the code formatting I am seeing in this forum right now does not look good. When I paste code in to the text editor, an extra line break is added to each line. Then when I select the "inline code" formatting it formats each line as a separate block. There's also no syntax highlighting, which makes it much harder to read. Just made a few Events in a Club Calendar, and noticed that when this event is displayed in other areas of the suite, and doesn't have its own Cover Photo, the fallback thumbnail used is that of the Club's Icon and not of the Club's Cover Photo: As you can see, the result is an incredibly low-quality image appearing on Calendar views and widgets. The purple circle in the image above is the Club Icon that is being pulled for Calendar Events related to the club across the suite. I just noticed that polls can always be voted on when the topic itself has been published, regardless of its lock status. I understand wanting to keep polls open if a topic has run for a week and mods/admins decide to lock discussion on the topic, but it seems like an oversight to allow votes on a poll that an admin doesn't want to start yet (which is the assumed condition when the "Unlock Time" feature is used in the Topic creation form)? Hello, Checkout really needs to be updated, it looks pretty sketchy, we've had to make modifications to fix the card page ourselves. Customers report issues with clicking to use a different card, and if they want to add a card on the checkout website it doesn't work either. Länk till full forum post

So in the AdminCP we can turn on permissions on a membergroup basis to allow users in that group to adjust how the forum displays to them. When toggled on, then they can visit their Account Settings and choose for themselves Feed View, Table View, Card View, whether the Topic List is simple or condensed, and whether user posts have left side user info or the newer condensed user info above the post. I desire to make the Sidebar Navigation the DEFAULT view for unregistered guests, but I know some of my users will want to be able to turn that off and just stick with the traditional header. V5 Theme Editor: Header, Navbars and Breadcrumbs Organiser In the new Header, Navbars and Breadcrumbs organiser, what would really finish the feature, is to add a WYSIWYG rich text editor box option. This way clients can easily add an image or an extra text, of their choosing to the header, in whatevery place they like. For example to add a contact email, or icon, etc ... The feedback I got from Jim M was "Clubs are currently not searchable as they are a container, rather than a content piece. You can search content inside a Club but if the Club's name is "Boston" and you search for "Boston", you will not get the Club itself but will get any content which has "Boston" in it. You're welcome to suggest this in our Feedback forum, however though." Imagine 500 clubs to buy a home to live in by city or nearby area. How does a new member find a club in the specific city? Hello, There's no way to download all the invoices for a given date range. Every quarter, I must send all the invoices to the accountant, and there's no way to download them. We should have a date range where we can select the start and end date. Then ACP will let us download a zip file with all the invoices. If you have dozens and hundreds of invoices, it makes no sense not to be able to download all the PDFs at once. Hello, I would like to suggest that the courses module should let the Pages module to add blocks below the header. Right now, there is only the header COURSES and we cannot add a text block or anything underneath to give a short explanation about the courses. The pages module allowes us to add above but that doesn't make sense. We describe the courses below the header, we do not add a description above the headlines. Hi, I wanted to introduce a small change to the group promotion system. We would like to have the ability to specify whether a given setting is required to achieve group promotions, especially when it comes to titles and badges. I believe that implementing such a system would give us significantly more possibilities, allowing us to integrate the badge and title system with the group promotion system, creating a unified structure. I think it is broken on v5.0.3. I have only the default install and no extra applications installed. It works fine in the ACP, but once I go to the live forum it doesn't work. It just shows for example forums as: #VLE#forums#!# or the home button as #VLE#home#!# The navigation buttons can be translated but that is pretty much it. Every time I'm in the bug tracker, or other databases with comments, when I'm at the bottom of the page after reading all comments I must scroll back up to the top to use the Next Unread link (or even the go to category/list link). Can you please move those links by default at the bottom below the comments? That would be the same layout as topics where the links are shown after the last comment. Or, if you'd like to keep them at the top after the "first post", I'd like to see a copy of the links at the bottom so they're more easily accessible anyway. Länk till full forum post

Hello, The individual Course lessons should have an option to insert a video from Vimeo or YouTube. Videos are a very important component of courses, so it makes sense to have an option to insert a video and display it at s predefined location. We could have the possibility of choosing where to display the video, at the top or at the bottom of the lesson. Hello, Can the Course grid and the list of courses display the prices too? The price label is the most important variable in s product. A list of courses should display the list of prices too, the same way that the most of products display the prices before the user clicks on the product.
